MONDAY, August 1 – Caribbean Bay at Everland — FULL
Come enjoy the largest water park in Korea and fun for persons of all ages!  We have set up a day trip to Caribbean Bay at Everland – entrance fee and bus to be provided for a reduced fee of USD $45 – Adults & $35 – Children, ages 3-12 (regular price is KRW 74,000 & 58,000 and doesn’t include a bus). Food and drinks are available for an extra fee(s) at the park.  Limited to 2 buses (80 persons). Buses leave the Lotte Hotel at 9 am and return at 5 pm. Rain or shine this is a great experience for all! Swimsuits a must!


TUESDAY, August 2 – Seoul City Tour 1 — FULL
Cheongwadae Sarangchae (the Presidential Blue House for photos), Bukchon Hanok Folk Village, and Seoul Tower

Price is USD $37 and includes the bus, English speaking guide, and all entrance and processing fees. Buses will depart from the Lotte Hotel at 9:00 am and return at 1:00 pm. Limit of 80 persons (and a minimum of 60 persons to guarantee the discounted price).


WEDNESDAY, August 3 – Seoul City Tour 2 — FULL
Changing of the Guard Ceremony at Gyeongbok Palace (the largest palace of the Chosun Dynasty), a stroll through the Insadong Arts & Crafts Market, and the Korean War Museum.

Price is USD $28 and includes the bus, English speaking guide, and all entrance and processing fees. Buses will depart from the Lotte Hotel at 9:30 am and return at 1:30 pm.Limit of 80 persons (and a minimum of 60 persons to guarantee the discounted price).


FRIDAY, August 5 & SATURDAY, August 6 – Walking Food Tours through Delectable Travels
We have scheduled two walking food tours, through Delectable Travels, a company operated by Daniel Lee Gray, a Korean-American adoptee who returned to Korea in 2005. Daniel has started a popular food blog which led to him appearing on many food shows such as Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain, The Kimchi Chronicles with Marja Vongerichten and actress Heather Graham, and many other shows. He is a Korean food expert that has written many books and articles on Korean food. The two tours will start at the Lotte Hotel and are:

Friday Evening — FULL: Enjoy a walking food tour to a few famous/historical Korean BBQ & chicken places for food, beer and makgeolli (this will be limited to ages 19 and older). 6:30 pm from the Lotte Hotel and will last about 3 hours. Limited to 60 persons. The cost is USD $53.

Saturday Noon — JUST A FEW SPOTS LEFT: Enjoy a walking food tour around the local markets (Namdaemun and Myeongdong) with stops and tastings at 7 locations. This is open to all ages and limited to 75 persons. Start will be at noon and last about 3-1/2 hours. The cost is USD $37.
